100 posts in a day, and still the evening shift to come on. Some going that, especially when Yorkshire v Surrey are live on YouTube.
Hmmn yeah. It's just that I know many from my "wider circle" and apart from one (My Dad because he died), stopped going because of the Allams.
Did they/you all stop going when the previous poor owners where in charge and did something that wasn't liked? And are they/you all going to flood away again when the new owners ( fingers crossed ) do something that they/you don't like
Almost all clubs get more fans when they are winning and getting promoted, they also get less when on a loosing streak and get relegated. That's football. All clubs have a core of supporters some larger some smaller who will go whatever happens, a smart owner will try and nurture those and keep them on board. Everyone has their own line in the sand, for some the Allams have crossed that line and they are now refusing to go while they are in charge. For others it's the Allams club and they can do what they want and if anyone is not happy put your hand in your own pocket and buy the club like the Allams did.
So its a coincidence were at around and about par with historic levels of support for this division then. .....and others just fail to see the logic in purporting to support your club by actively NOT supporting it. Hey ho, each to their own.
Oh FFS, stop pretending you don't know why so many have walked away and won't come back until the Allams have gone. You're on here all the time, so it's ****ing impossible to have missed that. Oh well anyway. I'm off sort my roses out now and then there's the lawn, the box hedging... Meh...
Is it because the nasty owner did some stuff you didnt like? Enjoy smelling the roses. Oh, I remember now. The nasty owner did some stuff that hurt their feelings. Bless.
Yes. You seem to think that if you go on interminably about people not going to games, that we will all of a sudden see the light and go. You suggest we are not really supporters. You suggest our behavior makes the club less saleable. You suggest that we haven't thought through our actions. You suggest we tolerated worse from previous owners In all cases you are wrong. But answer me this, why do you care?
Cos i want the club sold and the Allams gone like everyone else and supporters sitting on hands bleating about it leaves that less likely to happen in the forseeable future.
Really? IF the club is for sale (which I doubt), you think a buyer will decide not to persevere because of 5,000 (or so) boycotters who almost certainly WILL go when the club is sold. I think not. Try again.
Maybe they think, why bother when the second they do something the fans don't agree with they will all flood away.
Theyll look at the accounts and go somewhere else. 5 k more fans in the ground could increase matchday revenue by over 50% and instead of the likes of Reading and Ipswich being sold it could be us.
It took some really well thought out, thorough and persistent ****ishness to drive them (me) away though. It was almost as if it was deliberate. I doubt it, their biggest problems will be negotiating a price with the terrible twosome. One that doesnt fluctuate with the weather, oh and how much for the SMC?
