Allams won't sell at a loss. No club owner would unless they were a fan, which the vast majority arent.
I was being facetious. See what crowds were under Horton at Boothferry in the 2nd div. I expect thats around the level we'll be at. Also google the 'product life cycle' - its business theory. i reckon we're at about the same stage in that now as we were then. Though again ill be happy to be proved wrong.
Facetious? You’re literally contradicting yourself every few posts Anyway I don’t want to buy a pass…I’m busy enough using the one I’ve already got thanks.
There’s no such thing as the ‘most ****e posted on not606 in a single day award’, if that’s what you’re targeting.
Truth is i dont know what proportion are genuine boycotters or just citing the Allams but wouldnt be going anyway, just made an estimate based on what i see around me like anyone else. Let see what the crowds are then. Hopefully the crowds will hold up better than i expect and we'll be back to full houses for years to come once the allalms finally do one. For the time being it looks like the same old flaky city support that bail as soon as it isn't all rosy in the garden like usual
Still makes no sense If you see ‘around you’ loads of people not going but not boycotting then why were you blaming stubborn boycotters for affecting a sale? Just let it lie. Some people aren’t going anymore. Some for reasons entirely unrelated to the Allams, some boycotting until they’ve ****ed off and some (I think most but I’ve no evidence) for a mixture of reasons that the Allams and the way they are have added to.
I guess the contradiction is me suspecting one thing yet desperately hoping to be proven wrong. Still cant see the logic in boycotting mind. Want 'em gone then surely make the club as saleable as possible.
Interesting comment regarding the state of the Championship, the division below the richer one in the world. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/57929695
Good on you . Some seem to think they can shame people into returning by insulting them . Personally lost a hell of a lot of interest in football and that isnt totally blamed on the owners . I watched 4 Euro matches on the trot the other week and it felt like saturating . Coming from a time of a handful of live games on TV , going to watch City and match of the day I would probably be happy if that's how it was nowadays
