He’s as much a part of the improvement as any other in the management and coaching team. It will be important to either promote from within and develop another coach with a similar approach and outlook. Can’t blame the guy for wanting the opportunity with a team that got to the play-offs (can’t help feeling they may be on a little bit of a slide though with players leaving and tight budgets coming in - a dangerous recipe for a managers career).
He will be a miss but if the opportunity comes his way of taking over the swans then we shouldn’t stand in his way, I would’ve minded him taking over before Warbs came in & he must have been close to it
This was building up to be the best pre season in a long time but Field getting injured and Eustace going to Swansea are real setbacks. No more bad news please.

Can’t believe we’ve got this deep into the window without selling any of our decent players, whilst acquiring a load who will make the squad stronger. Fingers crossed it stays like that, with the addition of Stefan.
Money spent is almost irrelevant, what about his wages? Hopefully it’s good for both sides AND it happens. URssssss
