Hmm, sorry but the club are/should be talking to the entire support and not 'supporters groups' ... ... no supporters are any better/more important than any others.
Yep, don't like the whole fans group thing. But how should we pick our reps to talk to the club? What ever happened to the Supporters Association?
As much as our supporters have been patient I think we all need to be patient a little longer, a lot of players have left the club and the new regime needs time to rebuild, I hope and pray this is not another false dawn but for some reason I think that this owner and the way he has started putting the building blocks in place feels like a good fit for us. Everybody knew we needed a full overhaul and that will take time and patience from our support. I, like many fans feel like we have waited long enough but am prepared to let KLD do his thing in the hope that the yearned for improvement happens
They can do their stuff, but why has it taken this long to get movement on the famous pre-identified list of targets? I am worried that Sunderland is, for a number of reasons, still a very difficult club to recruit players to unless we pay over the odds - and the current set up refuse to do that. My big fear is that we being parked in a holding pattern until we develop enough players through the youth team and that we could end up playing Wrexham in League 1 before we get promoted.
I'd be very happy with this. Is it confirmed, or just an educated guess from pre-season so far, or have you heard something?
It was a message from a Sunderland mate of 40 years who's the father of a lad at Newcastle University who goes out with a lass who's mate is a relative of Hume. The lad and Hume have become good mates, that's where it's come from.
beeeeaaaauttiful If he could find out what's happening with Key, Gallagher, Jebbison, Goode, Gibson, Messi and Robbie Keane as well that would be awesome
I've seen quite a bit of criticism of the matchday ticket prices being hiked up for next season and some debate on the pros and cons of this but surely the club is missing out on some pretty decent revenue by not opening the club shop, especially with the new home shirt to sell? Does anyone know why it's not open yet? I also think they need to send out an email or something more than a tweet about the contactless stuff or it could be chaos v Wigan. I get all the 'digital tickets' and modernisation and stuff and I'm all for it, but it won't suit everyone, especially if they don't know about it.
Don’t know for sure about club shop but someone mentioned to me it’s all to do with the staff on government furlough, now don’t know if it’s true or not just passing on what I’ve been told
