REASON FOR DELETION OF GHoops Thread

Not sure I fully understand the reasons for the thread coming down... Although G-hoop was a bit weird and I saw his post to Beth on the Olympics thread. A stupid comment.
Just one thing though... If I ever get banned remember I always thought that China caused Coronavirus.

You don't need to justify anything Beth, you've done well here. This is not the first time he has brought in potentially libelous material, and the sources he used were often questionable to say the least - in short he could have placed the forum in disrepute through this. He'd also been banned before for threatening behaviour towards other posters and come back under different names. So, as I said not justification is needed. Hope your family is ok.

 

I should add that this is not the only football forum he has been banned from.

 

I think we all knew it was coming. Failing to answer questions factually, believing his views were the only ones that mattered and refusing to let anything get in the way of truth.

Sounds like his behaviour needs a Great Reset.

I maintain that an ignore thread option would be nice, especially for those of us that can't resist looking at the madness on threads like GHoops but wish we could resist.

Odd to think he's almost certainly reading this thread. Given that he is - STOP WASTING YOUR LIFE. Get a better hobby. If all your nonsense is true (it isn't) then you are powerless to stop it, so spend your time doing something more fun.

As Beth said since his original ban he's tried to get back onto this forum and we've had a game of Cat and Mouse with him. This was a compromise solution as we all have things to do IRL that don't involve looking on here 24/7, unfortunately he went too far this time.....

If anyone does become aware of a new poster joining and posting the same sort of stuff please let us know so we can inform the Supermod........

As you know we mod with a light touch so would appreciate everyone's assistance to keep the forum the place where we want to spend some social time primarily talking about this daft little football club in W12.........

He has made his strategy clear, he’s going to use his VPN, set up a new user profile, and then blitz the forum, loads of threads, with propaganda or just insults, until he gets banned. Then the same the next day. If nobody responds to him under any circumstances, perhaps he’ll get bored quickly. But as he clearly doesn’t have a life, I rather hope he wastes his time in this way for ages, and is completely, totally ignored in the process.

 

I asked him that and he was very candid and said he joined in 2011. I have seen that he went by the name of ‘buttmuncher’ or whatever but don't remember talking to him that much if any.
I also find it weird that someone would go by a different name? As you know I have a thing about posters changing their names. It's sad to use a VPN or whatever. If I ever got banned I would accept it and move on... Maybe turn up on Fantasy Island or Clives site.

I still haven’t found out what butthugger or ghoop or whatever he’s called said when I called him insane on his thread, guess I’ll never know now although I imagine some on here will come up with various things which I will of course deny vehemently and I shall ask for proof

 

I changed my name from Aussieqpr to Didley Squat, so l hope you don’t think bad of me.

l had always had a chuckle with the term, ‘didley squat’ ( offering nothing ). Maybe that’s what l bring to the forum! As everyone k owns, l like a good laugh and a joke and don’t takes things too seriously…… most of the time.
