Heard a rumour, not sure how true it is, that the away kit is going to be inspired/a tribute to, the iconic Lotus F1 JPS Livery. So presumably a black shirt with gold logos on it, gold piping. please log in to view this image I think given the sponsor confusion, I'd be amazed if the club/Joma could produce a shirt design to tie in with a sponsor only agreed a matter of weeks ago, but it might explain why the kit has been slightly delayed.
This sounds great to me, If you wear a yellow face mask or bobble hat in winter you'd look just like Senna.
Just looked at the club website, and there's a "we're making upgrades, back soon" message on the kit page. So perhaps not far away
Does nothing for me. As we are the only team to play in yellow and green, surely something could be done with this combination, or is it just another way of getting the fans to open their cheque books once again.
Love it! I wasn’t going to get a kit this year and I’ve got the black kit from last season but this may just tempt me!
A lot of teams have got yellow or yellowish away kits this year. Maybe you’ll get a green third kit? I noticed in the Joma introduction video there was an orange and black version of the badge so maybe an orange third kit or that could be the keepers kit.
Cantwell's brother seems to have decided to try his hand at being a youtuber, so went on holiday with Todd to film some interviews: Probably his comments about the beginning of last season, and his relationship with Farke, around 16 mins is the only interesting bit.
Chris Sutton thinks this could be the year for Adam Idah to break through and challenge Pukki for a starting place. https://www.pinkun.com/sport/norwich-city/canaries-ncfc-chris-sutton-adam-idah-challenge-8201934 If so, that could have a big impact on our survival chances.
Well, the headline says "backs Idah to challenge Pukki" while the quote from Sutton himself is "I'd really like to see him push Pukki this season and become more rounded." Big difference there. The overall tone of Sutton's comments is that he had expected more from Adam up to this point and now is the time for him to step up and deliver".
please log in to view this image 24 man squad for the season as it stands. No squad number for Klose or Trybull. None of the U23s given numbers despite their involvement in the first couple of friendlies.
Just looking at that 24-man squad, I think we have: 5 players who could play in a mid-table Prem team [Krul, Aarons, Gilmour, Cantwell, Pukki] 6 players who could play for a bottom 5 Prem team [Hanley, Gibson, Dowell, McLean, Gunn, Giannoulis] 8 Championship players [Zimmerman, Rupp, Hugill, Placheta, Hernandez, Mumba, McGovern, Omobamidele] And then there's 5 unknowns [Byram, Rashica, Lees-Melou, Idah, Sorensen] Perhaps those classifications are a little harsh on some, but I think it highlights what we still have to do in the transfer market. We really need our new signings to be big hits, some of our existing players to step up, and even more quality added.
Apparently VAR has been improved for the new season, including the scrapping of trivial things such as toe-nail offsides (so Pukki's disallowed goal against Spurs last time round WILL count this time round ) https://www.eveningnews24.co.uk/spo...premier-league-var-changes-mike-riley-8206582 Hopefully we will get some VAR decisions go in our favour this time
