Summer transfer rumours

Just as we should be. SAFC playing in League One. Promotion is the only option.

 

Are we all getting new cards? i presumed it was only for new tickets or seat moves

 

The variations I have seen from neutral previews of where we will finish have been fascinating.

NTT20 podcast has us 3rd or 4th
D3D4 football has us 11th
Gab Sutton has us 5th I think
I saw another writer who had quite an in depth piece had us 1st

The consensus other than D3D4 seems to be that our squad will clearly get filled up with the right players as its clear our recruitment team are doing things properly. And that Lee Johnson having had a period to ingrain his methods will mean we do well.

D3D4 have gone off our squad as it stands right now and assumed no incomings.


Personally I am encouraged that the likes of George Elek thinks we will do well and is encouraged by what he's seeing at our club. He's usually one of the first to stick a knife in.

 

Our own "fans" are usually ahead of the pack.............

Just catching up. @Prehab26 really sorry to hear what has happened. Really unbelievable the behaviour of some. I know RTG has some idiots but there are still some very good posters over there. when I had my cancer and treatment etc they were excellent. It's time for true Sunderland supporters to come through on that board as well. The info from @Prehab26 and @Magnus etc has been welcomed and to be honest even if people aren't fully ITK if it is not a deliberate windup I don't care. I log on for a bit of crack and snippets of any information. I would love to know how they sussed out home etc - where has that information leaked from?

Keep the faith, although terrible for @Prehab26 (and especially family) we are not all like this and we all want the same - a half decent team and a bit of good banter

I think it's mainly because of the 3rd item changing.

Can’t see him being largely involved on Saturday given it’s only 3 days away. Hasn’t trained with them I think?

 

I would’ve been happy if we signed Jones permanently. Would’ve been one of our best players looking at the current state of the squad.

 

Wigan would be mad to not include him in Saturday’s squad. Off the bench to run at Neil/Winchester. They’d be in business.

 

I dunno if I have one cos they go to my Mams and I haven’t been over cos I’ve had covid. Today is last day of isolation.

I’m pretty sure they all being replaced this year due to changes in ticketing system etc
