season cards 2021-22 season

Are current season card holders getting new cards does anyone know. I've still got mine from 2019/20 but not recieved a new one as of yet.

 

I got a new one cos I’ve changed seats but if my memory is right I’m sure they change them every 3 years.

 

So how come other clubs don’t appear to have had this delay in cards then?

And could no other staff in other areas not have chipped in and helped out? You cant tell me there isnt anyone at the club who couldn’t have printed out a welcome pack and had it ready for when the cards arrived?
Whichever way you spin things it’s poor customer service.
At the very least a compliments slip should have gone in. Surely most businesses still do that with ANY mail that goes out?

 

As I understand it, if you had a card last season and haven't moved seats, your card will be updated to allow entry. Details are on the club web site I think.

 

If you had a season ticket for 19/20 season but didn't renew last season, but have renewed this season, is it new card or existing card?

 

Can't tell you anything. I'll give up.

As the title says any talk about the delivery or not of cards can all be kept here and off the transfer thread.

@Southern Adam suggested this so I thought I would do it.

 

Still waiting for mine. Pistil just been and nowt.

If it doesnt arrive I can still get a replacement from the ticket office.

Looks like about 10k+ will now be waiting for a new card due to the 2019/20 change.

 

You need to email ticket office if you don't receive it tomorrow and you will be given a digital ticket.

 

That’s the plan. Knowing my luck I’ll get a replacement sorted and the ****er will turn up on Friday or Saturday.

 

I think ours will as well. If they do I'll be taking the old card, new card and digital ticket. I'm definitely getting in!

This is going to go well, might be wise to set the alarm early for Saturday morning to
