Looks like he is heading to Citeh. I can't say I've seen too much of him or Villa play.

I'm not going to ask if he is worth £100m because I think there are maybe two or three players in the world you could argue are worth that. And he's not one of them.

I'm just wondering how good people think he actually is?

I rate him, think he’s a quality player.

Not £100 million, however, ‘English premium’ and the fact he’s incredibly marketable, they will see value.

Hopefully Pep will give Southgate a lesson in how to play him, Foden and Sterling in the same team

Probably the most exciting English player I've seen since Gazza. Think hes brilliant. Criminally underused by Southgate

Class act. He’ll only get better under Guardiola.

What I like about Grealish, he’s got leadership in him, you don’t often see that in that sort of player.

He will get grief and slated his whole career simply cos he’s a good looking lad with a bit of personality. I wager he’s fine with that.

He’s a really creative, hard working player. I can see him doing well at City and playing a lot.

He'll spend even more time on the floor under guadiola and be lauded as world class for "winning" free kicks and penalties whilst flicking his hair about like a tit

Can he do anything other than fall over to win free kicks in dangerous areas?

He's definitely got plenty of skills, but there's a reason that he's the most fouled player in the league, and that's because he's always looking for a foul. Personally I wish players would try and stay on their feet a bit more, but I guess that's the modern game

Apparently hes close to signing as back up to an Irish winger for a team that has no fullbacks?

I read the £200k a week contract was the stumbling block, could be wrong like.
