They're starting the A63 underpass, cue complaints. https://www.hulldailymail.co.uk/new...s/digging-starts-hulls-most-expensive-5747223
No complaints, £355M spent on our city is great. German engineering seems sensible. I can probably do without visiting the dark side for 5 years and only ask for the second footbridge over Porter Street be named Bilocca Bridge, cheers.
heard complaints before the work even started. I live right next to it and the noise and mess is going to be horrendous. But I think it will be better once done.
https://www.carnegiehull.co.uk/coltman-street-house-directory.php Ive always found Coltman St a fascinating place. And regularly have a drive down there. Wouldn’t wanna live down there mind. I’ve been in most of the houses and it’s always a surprise what you encounter.
Number 114 intrigues me. It's a b&b and the owners have spent an absolute fortune on it. I always wondered why they chose to do it in Coltman Street. Didn't they know? Or did they think the area was ripe for gentrifying? https://www.airbnb.co.uk/rooms/2847...1628422235_jG0MFnPbAZaPcHum&guests=1&adults=1
A house down there has just gone for £225,000!! You can’t fail to notice it on the left from hessle rd end! In London it would be in the millions!
I did wonder if the people who bought 114 were escapees from the south with a pile of money and no knowledge of Hessle Road!
