Got to disagree with that , his crossing is probably one of the best aspects of his game
look at the beauty for the Docherty chance that hit the crossbar

edit seems like PLT made the same point at the same time

The club captain was dropped to the bench yesterday. Bizarre thing to say.

Wasn't it a similar story with Bowen? I believed he played more centrally in junior football and assumed he would end up playing there (centrally, not in junior football).

I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the team sheet yesterday, McCann went for the team many of us wanted, even if Smith was forced on him.

Coyle can strike a cross well, he just needs to be playing them a bit further out, too many are straight into the arms of the keeper.

For me, he's a lot more solid than Emmanuel too, which with inexperienced wingers in front of him, is important. Reminds me of more of a good old fashioned right back. Going forward, he is missing Wilkes and Honeyman seemed to 'buzz' around a lot on that side, which seemed to give him various options.

I don’t know how you managed to quote me there, I never said that and agree with you that it’s incorrect!

That's bad news as I didn't know. I like Neil and I liked him when he played for City. Not many lads from North Hull have scored for Hull City at West Ham, which I never tire of reminding him. I wish him well.

I remember that game. Away at halifax on a bruce massey away day bus trip. Stayed a bit long at a local but so got in late. To see garry parker controlling the game. Was the start of a great brian horton team i think

First home game for me last Saturday since pre lockdown and really enjoyed being back. Amid all the negativity about the size of our crowds, just wanted to record that I was really pleased how well the East Stand stayed with the team and clearly realised this was a young side giving it everything to keep out opponents who should probably be top 6. Never understand so many filing out before the end but majority were applauding the team off and making some noise as we looked for a winner.

Also GM now doing his on pitch stroll thanking fans each game - is he trying to rebuild bridges, or just build bridges?

A page was turned when we got relegated, another page was turned when we went up as champions.

    Clean slate.

Back your team, they're up against it but if they get backed by the fans, we've a chance..
