Unless one of these deals today ends up being a permanent signing? Not sure the club would willingly go over the 5 loan limit with this in mind
Obviously we will have to see how these new lads pan out, but it's looking very promising. I remember Nixon a few weeks ago trying to be a cunny funt with a mag on twitter. Mag said "they're waiting to sign quality", Nixon "they'll be waiting a LONG time". We'll see.
Maybe this is why the deal for the Arsenal lad has stalled. We've reached our 5 loans and the recruitment team are now turning their attention to bringing in a permanent signing at full back, such as Key from Exeter.
Just shows how much that f*cker knows. Have the mags actually signed ANYONE in this window apart from Willock, who was on loan last season?
We’ve got plenty cover for RB I doubt there’ll be another mover there. Huggins, Alves, Luke and Winiesta can all cover it.
Just scanned the EFL rules and couldn't see anything that differentiated between a foreign and domestic loan when it came to the 5 limit per squad.
This is correct I think. You can sign a max of 8 players on loan, but only up to 5 can be included in a match day squad. It doesn't matter whether the loaning clubs are domestic or foreign.
Just loaded up a FM21 game I haven't played since June to see how good these lads are in the digital world. I'm in 2026: Dajaku is worth £10m and has 3 caps for Germany Hoffman is worth £2m - no German caps but spent his whole time in the Bundesliga Dennis Cirkin is worth £26m, has 32 caps for Ireland and is Hertha Berlin's first choice left back Niall Huggins is worth £4m and is playing in the Championship for Birmingham Fred Alves is ****e - worth £150k in the Danish leagues, no caps for Denmark Callum Doyle is a regular in the Premier League for Leeds - worth £13m but no England caps yet
Heard some gossip we'd be open to letting Kimpioka go permanently. I don't know enough about him to pass an opinion tbh.
