They kept quiet abahrt Lavelle and Leko! Adkins will have plenty of options in midfield, attack and CB now, with a pretty strong bench. I'd say the signing of Lavelle reflects a lack of confidence in Innis's fitness by the medical team. Strange we couldn't get a LB, let's hope Purrington stays fit, he should be back soon.

Maybe we can get in a free agent LB. But not sure if our squad has reached its allowed maximum.

Well pleased about the transfer window …Leko returning icing on the cake.
Yes can be frustrating he’s that type of player but also a match winner and doing it in a division below that’ll do for me.

There are a lot of previously vocal detractors out there (who by their own admission could have done a better job than our entire recruitment team combined) but are now very quiet :1980_boogie_down:

One or two are busy discrediting our new signings - very quietly of course.

All quiet on the 'Into The Hatred' front while everywhere else people are very happy with the recent signings.

i think it was a very good last few days of window for us. we look strong now, have strength in depth. just wish they did it earlier as we dropped 11 points in the first 4 games - something that could prove costly.

wonder what the first 11 will look like. especially in midfield

Ipswich done it earlier and still haven’t got their first win - it takes time for teams to gel with new players

I've read a few mixed opinions on this chap. Hope we're taking him on because NA genuinely thinks he can do the job.

Welcome to CAFC Pape! :emoticon-0111-blush Ignore me, I know bugger all <laugh>

He's a left back, has played at a higher level and at 31 he hopefully isn't too far over the hill.

We needed cover and it's only a 1 year deal so it's a good signing in my book, especially with the quality that we've already signed. Things are looking up after our poor start.

Could be the last piece of the jigsaw. Has anyone seen him play recently?

I always liked Henderson, but he hasn't played a game since 2018
