Was he actually there yesterday as his Instagram stories Friday/yesterday seemed to paint a different picture that he is on holiday in Greece?
I think considerable damage has been done to the fan base by the Allams That doesn’t mean everyone not going is boycotting and will rush back if they leave. Some will need winning back. Whether you think they’re fickle or not is irrelevant. Those people won’t come back just because the owners change
Of course Not sure I’d class them as fans but yes some people will decide to go along when we’re doing well and won’t when we’re not. Like most clubs
And anyway they’re not the ones worth enticing back anyway They’ll come if we go up, and go if we go down. So forget them Try to get and keep the ones who will come regardless of league position
According to a Fortuna Sittard fan I came across on Twitter, he was never actually an owner at the club and thus had no impact on the team, and left because he couldn't appoint his own manager.
Any simple Google search confirms he was part owner, albeit held a minority stake alongside another turk
The amount of bollocking the media gets on here about reporting inaccuracies around the club it's a surprise that the media is being believed over an actual supporter of the club, that's all.
Didn’t he own some shares in the Dutch club but not enough to make decisions on the board and he left because he wanted to have influence on the board? The rumours that he left because he wanted to pick the formation and players on match day is just a gross exaggeration.
How do you, me or anyone really know if those rumours where/are just a gross exaggeration?... Not trying to cause an argument, just interested as to how it's known either way
