The fact that he received no treatment isn't necessarily a bad sign. Some knocks and minor injuries can't really be helped by a bit of treatment at the time. A good sign is that he didn't look to be in agony. If it was a lengthy sideline, I think he would have felt it.
Loved it, what a good cup match. Woke up 10 mins after the start and was watching in bed on the phone til Charlie scored then had to stream it to the tv in the bedroom. Woke the wife up, but she’s long suffering and even knows some of the player’s names - she has to endure the podcasts when we drive any distance. Thought their first equaliser was offside… poor marking for second but they should have scored with a couple of their chances - well done Seny. Didn’t think Charlie’s fall over was a penalty although it looked like there was a hand on the ball to protect it. All in all a great performance and had some banter going with my Everton mate who suggested their team was a second XI but should have been enough. Looking forward to the draw (for a change) and who knows where this will go. just booked ticket to come back for parents 60th wedding and their 80th birthday in March/April. Should be around for Luton away, Posh and Fulham home… maybe even a carabao final. dare to dream URs
I forgot about our penalty shout in the second half. I had a really good view. The Everton striker fell over and clearly controlled the ball with his hand. The linesman should and probably did see it. Maybe the ref even saw it. But I think they bottled it.
I wonder what they'd do if we really had something to celebrate, I seem to remember there was a pretty big celebration the rainy night we beat Wigan in the play-off...
Even I went on the pitch that night. ( Only because my daughter wanted to, she was only twelve at the time. )

Got to love Nick London's Commentary on Chaz's 2nd....... "Reckon Private Godfrey would have put in a better challenge than that"......................... One for us oldies.......
You guys happy as well? I would have preferred a home tie against a premier league club. I'm confident we've got enough to win at your ground and I'm sure you will be confident that you can see us off
