Yet you want your club to sell its soul and sit at the top table? To pull the ladder up and sod the rest? This isn't a dig either. It must be very conflicting.

I don’t and won’t believe it until I see a picture of him eating a kebab.

No, I don’t. I want the club in responsible hands, but with competence and ambition. I’ve said that countless times on here.

I'd like to see Aahley, Charnley and Bruce burned at the stake.

Apologies. When I said 'you' I meant a large chunk of your fanbase. Supporters getting upset with the corrupt Premier League because they won't let you join and feed off the corruption. Only football can create this scenario and make it sit right with the supporters. Getting upset with the twats cos they won't let you join their twatty gang therefore not allowing yourselves to behave like twats. Like I say, it's not a dig at town supporters, more an observation of football as a whole. Sad really. Also an indictment of how Ashley is thought of, cos if your club was being run ok, like Everton for example, I could imagine there would be anti Saudi protests sprinkled in amongst the pro ones.

Why did it go to Rotherham?

    Wilder lives there.

Yeah, it’s really disappointing how it is and you’ve nailed it there. Stamping our collective feet because we can’t be odious corrupt bastards like PSG, it’s just wrong on so many levels.

Interesting that if Redball were to take over; the fans would be beside themselves with ongoing anguish, because the Redball model would be about percentages, buying players who fit a style or need rather than a higher profile deep pocket approach, or whatever. And I’d prefer that, I’m just in a minority:

Football is ugly and unrecognisable, a hideous parody of a once great sport.

Wilders been very outspoken recently about finding the next challenge. He fancies the Toon and sees the opening coming and I just know Ashley would fancy him.

    Nailed on imo

No idea mate, other thing I'm reading is according to one of the players Bruce started a big carry on with Charnley after the transfer window closed and when put in his place, told Charnley if Ashley felt that way then to pay him off.

As for the route thing on Flight Radar, It seems to **** up a lot. Did it stop at Rotherham or was it a glitch? Maybe a quick stop to the Esso garage, possibly Dunkin Doughnuts? (I would).

One thing I noticed earlier is the amount of times Ashley's choppers are going from London to Coventry. Isn't that Hoffman's stamping ground?

I do think Bruce's proved the people saying he's a yes man wrong mind if he's done that.

Add me into that group, I'd far rather a reset button was hit, the broadcast companies were told to **** off. We arranged our own streaming services that could be watched on a game by game basis and all clubs could grow or fail naturally.

Kids were protected and nurtured by their local clubs, rather than sold off to the latest plastic one. Agents were played by players rather than clubs, a transfer cap related to income and a wage cap related to income to protect the clubs.

I'd love an owner with enough business savvy to come in and make the most out of commercial opportunities, improve the facilities and the team over time than just buy titles - That's what most of me wants, most of the time - the other part thinks - ****ing hell just go do a PSG and get it over and done with so I can see a bloody trophy before I die.

2 and half years of Toon fans chasing out Bruce might see the witch hunt get what they want, but they'll soon realise they've got another pleb.

Yeah tell the boys Chris wilders coming into save them.. Pfft..

Being a Sunderland supporter I'm pleased we're out of the Premier in many ways. Although I'd much rather have been sitting in the Championship. However our aim as supporters is for us to get back there ASAP. Why? To risk crippling our club again, watching overpaid mercenaries mocking our club with ****e performance after ****e performance, watching us get whopped every week just so we can indulge in all that razzmatazz, the predictability of it all? Well of course! Our short term hopes for our respective teams are not all that different! As in, they just don't make sense when you think about it.

I don't think he is gone or going yet.

If he goes and Wilder or Howe are brought in then Takeover isn't going through for ages if at all. Unless Ashley uses his PIF deposit for manager compo as well as legal fights.

I still think nothing is happening till CAT case jurisdiction case is heard at the very earliest. Unless the PL know they've ran out of time and done a deal (I wish but I highly doubt)

If CAT case is heard the delayed, put on burner till Arbitration or whatever then that may force Mikes hand at that point in time.

So Mike Ashley “takeover will be done in January of next year”.

Interesting that eh. Not December this year or February but January. You know the month when you “might” have to sign players but you know you won’t.

Yeah, bit like how he was "convinced" it would be done by July. Just enough uncertainty to pull in the purse strings. And once Feb rolls around, he'll be absolutely, 100% certain it'll be done by 31st July 2022.

I know there's things kicking about, but it's Ashley and although I accept CAT, etc., is real I deeply doubt the intention and remain sceptical to the point where I think he's just finding ever more creative ways to take the piss. I understand that's ludicrous, but that's life under Mike.
