Whilst I appreciate that if you pay your money 'why not'... this ridiculous situation re fuel is hoping to get out of hand...

Tonight, I went to Morrisons and there were 2 diesel pumps only... and a queue back up to the police station, then to Sewell prepared to pay way over the odds to get fuel, just as I got there they had no diesel and they said people were panic buying all day... as I was on 60 miles in my tank I figured it would be a waste to head to Sainsburys...

When this started, why didn't they just limit people to say £40 instead of someone filling up that it will take a month for them to use...

The Government told them not to panic buy and in the next breath told them not to let their tanks go below quarter full.
    In other words panic.

Why would the 1st news story on SKY report that BP have had to close 20 of there 1200 fuel stations. They're just fueling the problem.

Our petrol light came on just as pulled into the drive tonight ffs , everyone will claim to genuinely need the fuel but it’s frustrating when you genuinely do and you know 95 % of people queing probably have a few days worth in the tank

Well, I was. Is this a genuine problem? Am I paying the price for getting most of my news from not606?

The media in this country really do have a lot to answer for! Hull live must have had 3/4 stories about it today alone
