Can't decide wether attack minded Bolton will score, or Fleetwood experience will make us inpenetrable. But we will bet 4

"I think if we were first and second in the league it would probably be nearer 30,000 wouldn’t it?

That’s what both clubs are capable of"

The last time they played this fixture, in the Championship, there were 16,000 in the ground ...

... their highest gate, that season, was 25,000 for their derby match against Norwich.

Knowing nothing about a club is fine for the likes of Merson but this is their manager ffs.

If ever we needed a glimpse of what's possible then the sight of Coventry in a Championship promotion place should do the trick.

Some people regularly try to pour cold water on things by saying we'd be in for a struggle if we went up.

They point out how poorly some of the recently promoted sides do as if that's our certain fate.

Coventry were in a huge mess and have just got on with it, fair play to them.

The future is bright and getting brighter :emoticon-0103-cool:

They do say he likes a drink... He must have had a few when he came out with that <laugh>

Sunderland and Sheffield Wednesday are head and shoulders above everybody in this league when it comes to being the biggest club down here. I think there's a sizeable difference between us and Sheff Wed, tbh.

Nice investigative work on the crowd size. I'll feed it back to the fans on the Ipswich board <whistle>

A19 closed north bound after the A1231 again today. It’ll be really busy approaching, give plenty of time.

    A19

Looks to be closed Southbound from Testos to A1231, probably Northbound as well.

I've just drove down the A19 from the 1231 to the 690 southbound and the northbound carriageway is backed up from the 1231 to the 690 and that's at 11 o'clock.

Leave early of you are heading north on the A19

Looks like being around 33,000 today, including Bolton supporters ...

... but we'll claim there are 33,000 screaming Mackems like the Mags do.

(Despite the away fans and most people not being Mackems.)
