Grant Leadbitter - retirement

When you think of all the wasters who've taken money off us, Rodwell, etc, this lad is worth every penny imo.

 

Come back on new years day when there will be 49,000 there Grant you deserve it, i did not know you would be there early mate before the Bolton match. Legend of our football club, thank you for your great service.

 

That video shows how much our club means to this lad. He was genuinely full up with emotion in it. Local lad that lived the dream we all had when we were kids. As others have said get him in to work with the kids and take his coaching badges, we have had far too many players in the last few years that basically couldn't give a **** about SAFC.

 

A true Sunderland fan, his Dad's ashes scattered on the pitch i believe.
