I'm sure it was so big that no-one would take up the offer and allowed him to USE the stadium
as some sort of advertising platform to say this is what you could have if you put up the dosh
it was obviously a way round to say he only wanted his advertising but never the less
that price at the time should be the minimum benchmark that we should be looking for + inflation
