Who were these other managers that said no? The fact is there weren't any other than Emery who spat his dummy out when he realised that Howe had also been approached. You've been reading too many papers.
Who were these other managers that said no? Go on surprise us with your in depth knowledge of what actually happened and not what you've read.
Reckon he was 4th choice, behind Rafa, Conte and Emery. He was ahead of Fonseca and Favre. It's irrelevant as I said and he certainly wouldn't have been 10th.
Its funny how some people actually 'know' what goes on behind the scenes. When in reality they just regurgitate sh1te from papers and forums.
Nobody cares we're the richest club on earth and its the 1st step towards much bigger things. We don't care about you or your club.
You mean you don't care. As i said earlier if that is your honest opinion then i pity you but hey, you've got your club back
Don't know what the point is. I've been a very vocal critic of appointing Howe. He's more or less an Ashley signing. But then again, you have to be objective and say who is available and interested who has the following traits: - PL experience - Great coaching - Squad knowledge - Attacking intentions - Somewhat available You're limited to Conte, Emery, Howe. Rafa's not attacking, Martinez wants to keep the Belgium job, nobody else has PL experience and is available. Then we add he interviewed very well - if you watch any of Howe's clips, he comes across VERY well and football people say he's a top guy, a really solid appointment. Is he worse than Mark Hughes during the first 18 months of Mansour's ownership? No. If it's a disaster, they'll make a change. Then you reflect on where Howe was in 2018, lauded as the next big thing, an English manager to give the continent something to think about. He's endorsed by Potter, I'll take that right now. I would say "judge him on results", but actually we're so ingrained with **** results I think most Newcastle fans would actually say "judge him on performances, and whether he uses pathetic cliches in front of the media".
The makems are trying to take some comfort in the appointment, but the reality is our future is at the pinnacle of the sport and theirs is at best maybe spending the odd season fighting for promotion and survival in the premier league. They're all suddenly pretending they have a moral compass that they never had before which I find very pleasing. Their views and opinions are to be seen as nothing but tears.
You care about human rights all of a sudden... I find that pretty shameful unlessyou've been moaning like a whore about it prior to last April? If you were fair enough but otherwise I don't need to listen to your pretence
It's not just Mackems though is it? Anyway, you've proven that all you give a toss about is improving upon a certificate for finishing equal 11th and that you don't give a **** how it's achieved. Good luck with whatever the future brings your poor misunderstood club. Hope Howe doesn't feel that Newcastle is too far north compared to Burnley and that one day you get the werls famous manager that you crave.
You don't know me, you don't know what i do and i certainly don't need to explain myself to you. You yet again are showing yourself up as a total bellend with comments like "moaning like a whore". Since when is standing up for others human rights whore like? **** off you knacker, whack a ****ing towel on your head and convert to Islam (then agian you've probably started the process)
No it's other fake fairy's at other clubs, but of course it's amplified in what's now a completely defeated civilisation in Sunderland.
All that remains of a 400 year old rivalry in which the people of Sunderland fought against their own king is them watching on in despair as the city that stayed loyal to king and country receive all the fruits and happiness they can gather up and more.
they talk about us selling our souls to the Saud's yet these bastards sold their souls to the Scots 400 years ago that didn't work out well as they are still in England
