i guess many will look at this as a 'meaningless game' well the only thing that is meaningless is the final result...this is a massive game for both fringe and first teamers to show they want to play for this club and the gaffer.

gooch is not and never will be a defender, pointless in that position and the more i am seeing of him this season i am also starting to wonder what he now offers, his determination and running got him in the team for me, hoping his final ball improved and in all honesty it has not but he is wasted as left defender/wing-back.

our passing, especially our through balls are pathetic, our reluctance to move fast for a throw in whether to take or be available is a joke, dajaku seems to have been given freedom to move anywhere he likes which i dont think is helping his team mates atm and broadhead is just simply being starved of service.

Just seen the goal back at the half time thing and they said that there were 8 Sunderland players back and for me only 1 Bradford player. And he excited the ****ing goal! Seriously bad defending all found which should be drilled into them on the training ground

 

The front four are a shambles I doubt whether any one else on earth would think that was a passable line up, or maybe one ?.

 

Certainly should, somethings got to give here we can’t continue doing this and hoping results will improve.
