I've just read this link and a couple of others about how asian migrant workers are treated in Qatar. Not just working conditions at construction sites but racially all over the country and it's been going on for some time as the dates of the links below confirm. There is no way on earth a world cup tournament should be held in that country. FIFA, and the national football associations, for all the lip service they spout about human rights and anti discrimination, https://www.fifa.com/social-impact/human-rights, should hang their heads in shame. I also think it shows the England squad in a very poor light given their very public stand against racism.

Is it automatically a yellow card when a penalty is given using VAR?

The penalty decision seems harsh enough (although probably fair by the laws) but no way is it a yellow card. I think if ref gives that on-field he's not giving a yellow card for it?
