They're more on side than the fans! They see the bigger picture. Edit: Can you imagine it if we had a board that reacted to individual results as opposed to end of season prize money? Oh wait, that's what happens at Watford, I guess...
They've said so after bad runs and 0-9 defeats. Besides, they're adults - far too old to understand that FIFA 2021 can produce instant success and that's how it should be in real life!
Well yes, but you have to come out and back your manager when the team is doing well or it creates speculation. How many times has a board publicly backed a manager only to sack them a few weeks later? You may be right, but we just don’t know what the board are thinking. They could be lining up a new manager MP style as we speak.
Truly shocking & anyone who complains about the media rolling it out is living in dreamland. It is noteworthy (for us & definitely the opposition).
I’ve seen Martin Semmens in a Zoom Forum together. They are a team. He will not be dropped on a whim If you back your manager when you are doing well then everyone would immediately assume there was a problem. That’s the way that works
So, having an unofficial match thread was obviously a bad idea, so Tom's officially off-duty. Vin seems to have retired himself, so we need a volunteer for what will most probably be a one-off effort. Any takers?
But now that your attempt to reverse jinx the match has been exposed as a deliberate attempt to stick two fingers up at the rulers of the universe, the only way forwards is for someone to highlight the hole in the space time continuum that you have created. Where's Jodie Whittaker when you need her? Nothing to do with this, I'm just fantasising...
I have been unable to look at anything to do with footballl after the result on Saturday. It was extremely frustrating to have had Norwich on the backfoot to such a degree in the first half yet come away with no points. I had anticipated that the results would have all fallen to our favour over the weekend and that we would get 3 weeks. As things stood, I think the results just muddied the waters. We should have pulled clear of the relegation zone. It still think Ralph is going a good job but you can see why results like this one lead to him havng a few detractors. For me, it was a must win game with some difficult fixtures coming up.
