That was a gutsy performance in very difficult conditions. We now have a 'rest' at our own stadium for a few weeks when we can really get ourselves organised. We've had a glut of away games, a few setbacks and a knock to our confidence ... .... but 7 points from 3 games is good by any standards.
Not to be too negative but I’m yet to be convinced that Dajaku is good enough. I’m glad it’s only a loan deal currently as I wouldn’t sign him permanently unless he starts to show significant improvement.
He's a real puzzle isn't he ... ... I doubt anyone would put money on him being either a flop or a cult hero.
I gave him the benefit of the doubt as he was playing out of position out on the left wing, but I see your point. He has to work harder IMO
He is a strange one but I don’t think he was intended to play as much as he has. Maybe the odd cameo appearance. Will still be settling into a foreign country and probably away from home for the first time. Many examples of players taking time to settle. I think he is a genuine prospect.
Having just watched the highlights, their goal looks miles offside! Completely immaterial now I know but hollahan plays the ball to Smith who’s well in front of the defence
He's certainly talented. I hope he isn't one of these who doesn't want to put in the hard yards and learn. There's a good player in there,I'm sure, but we need to get at it,otherwise it'll be a flop and he'll go back next May.
He took a blatant dive in the area, right in front of the ref. I, and possibly our defence, stopped and waited for the whistle.
I watched the match last night and it looked to me as if Stewart should have had a penalty, probably would have had if var was active. A much improved performance all round.
