So a weekend of stupid stories, started by Phil Hay over the last few days. I have a hunch Bielsa will leave Shackelton, Klich and Roberts could be moved on in January Club Btugge manager to take over from Bielsa. Yes folks we have our premier Leeds reporter who has no inside knowledge so makes shyt up. There are now stories concerning 5 managers who we want to replace Bielsa, according to journos We have shed loads of new players landing next month according to reputable journos We are skint according to some of the journos who have us spending fortunes next month. The only fact I can give you is that Leeds will have a full squad available on Sunday, except for Koch who is almost back
Morning all Anyone else heard the Ayling to Birmingham rumour? Can’t copy the link so copied and pasted the article below. Only a few months ago Luke Ayling was being spoken about in the same breath as Kalvin Phillips, Patrick Bamford and England caps. Now, the 30 something finds himself behind Cody Drameh, Jamie Shackleton and Stuart Dallas in the Elland Road pecking order for a start at right back after problems with Covid and a bad knee injury. With no chance of being offered a new long term deal Ayling must be wondering how he can get back into the international fold if he can’t force his way into the Leeds starting line up and a surprising route may unfold. Birmingham City or, The Blues for the hard of thinking are managed by Lee Bowyer. Bowyer was once a fans favourite at Elland Road before unfortunately jumping on an Asian boys leg during a boisterous night out. It is well known Birmingham need a quality right back to bridge the gap between mid table obscurity and the chance of making the Play Offs so they can get promotion and use enormous Premier League funds to really bend the financial rules like never before. Bowyer may, therefore, use his connections to try and bring a player with superior ability to those expected at a sh1t mid table team in the Championship to “The Blues” to make that dream come true. Disclaimer, this is a crock of sh1t, I made it up but, it is my first article for HITC. It has passed journalistic and factual requirements, it just needs to get through the famous bullshitometer but no problems are expected. £30, luvly jubbly and £0.40 every time it is repeated on another juvenile website. Ok, not exactly Lord Jammy ‘s riches but..... if things go well, apparently the BBC pick it up and put it on their Gossip Column but, honestly this is true, if you are really lucky, it gets posted on a Leeds forum and someone says “this is from the well respected ITK Mr Barber”. How exciting is that?
I got to the 4th line of the second paragraph thinking how unlike you it was to print or republish some crazy rumour, then something clicked and I jumped to the end.
I much preffered the Ayling for England articles. I just love a good fairy story as he had no chance.
Ayling’s data had him in contention for an England place and his performances last season clearly showed him as one of the leagues best. However he comes out badly on age, when Southgate has around 5 or 7 more qualified and better RBs who can also play RWB. Even Bill would admit it was silly talking about it Trippier Reece James Alexander Arnold Walker Lamptey To name a few ahead of Bill
Hard to understand why Joffy never got a game last week, this from last night before he was pulled off
As this post started off with Everton, how come our media and football pundits keep quiet about one of the reasons for their poor season. Yes Richarlson has been injured and their England striker out injured for ages, but gheir Icelandic International who has been their best creative midfielder and a scorer of goals has been missing for ages. Our media want to blame the owners, previous managers, Benitez, injuries yet no mention of paedo’s for some reason
Massive day tomoz and the real true outcome could well be that Leeds Utd go up to 11th in the table if results go as they should. Leeds United14:00Brentford Manchester United14:00Crystal Palace Tottenham Hotspur14:00Norwich City Aston Villa16:30Leicester City Villa, Norwich, Palace and Brentford all lose we go up to just outside the top 10. Game on
I can see Palace being quite good against scum and Villa under Gerrard are a tougher prospect than recently but here's hoping for your forecast to come good.
Good stuff Doc. Obviously we'll all just be happy with a win tomorrow and if that's not possible then for gods sake don't bloody lose.
Scum now have Ralph at the wheel and Spuds are working for Conte now and Rogers will want to teach the souse upstart a lesson.
There are reports doing the rounds that we have agreed a deal with one player on your list. Apparently Mateo Joseph Fernandez has agreed terms and is joining in Jan, last month he was apparently joining the scousers so another one to wait and see. He's just turned 18 and so if he does join I assume he will be in the U23's
