Aussie win with over to spare. Thought Pakistan would be too good, but Aussie chased down a good score. Still be shouting for NZ in the final
Two riveting, absorbing semi-finals. Both nail-biters. Excellent adverts for the short form of the game. Let's hope the final is as good, though I'm a tad disappointed already as I fancied watching England vs Pakistan
Apparently Aussie are favourites. Strange that as I believe NZ are far and away the better team. Pity about the loss of Conway, who broke his hand, punching his bat in annoyance after being stumped in Semi. Hope it doesn't come back to haunt him. Come on you Kiwis

Not England, but worth a mention. Ajaz Patel became the third bowler in Test history to claim all 10 wickets in an innings as New Zealand bowled India out for 325 in the second Test. The 33-year-old left-arm spinner added six wickets to the four he took on day one to finish with figures of 10-119 at the ****hede Stadium in Mumbai. Patel joins England's Jim Laker (1956) and India's Anil Kumble (1999) in picking up 10 wickets in an innings. Five of the wickets were catches, three were lbw and two clean bowled.
Ist Test tonight at midnight. Stokes back, but Anderson and Bairstow not in the 12. Fancy us against Aussie, but still keeping everything crossed Live on BT Sport, but a few streams available. hesgoals worth a punt http://www.hesgoal.com/

Did I say "flights of fancy"? Quite a decent opening bat in my day GE. Good at ducking bumpers and solid bat and pad defence .........
Watched the first session of day 2 on TV - we beat the bat so many times, drew false shots, got the edge, Stoke bowled Warner of a no ball, but only one wicket to show for it... I have seen this so much against Australia, I wonder which one sold their soul to win the series?
A bit more respectable in the second innings, at least so far. But we are desperate for an opening pair. How many century opening stands have we had in the last two, or three, years?
