If theres one thing with Sunderland its that there will be no consistency and expect the unexpected so......... Sunderland v Aston Villa - Draw (1-1) Man Utd v Sunderland - Loss (3-1) Sunderland v Fulham - Win (2-1) Sunderland v Wigan - Draw (1-1) Wolverhampton v Sunderland - Loss (2-1) Sunderland v Blackburn - Win (3-1)
Poor response to an article which posed a genuine question...Had I been from any other team you wouldn't have felt the need to have a poorly phrased and rather shoddy dig. Have you noticed how all the regulars responded with serious answers, perhaps that tells you something! As for our lucky streak...Aye, we've had some luck (Wolves game was massively lucky - but neither our manager nor our supporters have denied that) but we've also had some decent performances, showed organisation and creativity. I would like to ask where I said we were safe or implied we were aiming for anything? In actuality, I only mentioned Newcastle once and even then it was describing the enormity of the task we face... Perhaps rather than wasting your time attempting to tell me I'm a WUM you could've spent it actually adding something constructive to the debate - give it a bash, you might even like it!
Again, they all seem quite plausible. Wigan are an OK side that play nice football, they have a terrible forward line though. As long as you keep your concentration at the back you should get 3 points from that'n!
Sunderland v Aston Villa - Draw (1-1) Man Utd v Sunderland - Loss (4-1) Sunderland v Fulham - Win (2-1) Sunderland v Wigan - Win (3-1) Wolverhampton v Sunderland - Win (2-1) Sunderland v Blackburn - Win (3-1) That is my prediction! 13 points out of 18 is good
