    Date - Sunday 06 / 02 / 22

    Venue - Anfield

    KO - 12 : 00

    TV - ITV

Next we face a bunch of sheep shaggers in the most famous cup competition in the world ™ this is despite the fact that most people can’t name who won last year anymore .At the time of writing they are 20th in the Championship with just 2 points from their last 5 games .
The break should enable the squad , apart from the Brazilians , to recharge their batteries which some in particular really look like they need . The ACON players will be back unless their teams make the semi finals as the 3rd place play off and the final itself are also taking place on this date .
I expect a mix of first choice , squad players and perhaps someone like Morton , Gordon or Bradley though who knows with Klopp .

What a horrid kick off time!

The only question is who now leaves prior to the 31st.

    Gk Kelleher
Back 4: Williams gomez konate tsimiskas (Bradley and beck as reserves)
Cms: Elliott Morton Jones, Keita and milner as subs
Forwards: Gordon firmino minamino with jota, ox and salah on bench

It's two full weeks off and feet up time.

I wonder if klopp will think about leicester as the following game and his rhythm thing?

Burnley follow rapidly and then inter. We really need to be flying for inter.

Elliott isn’t going to start?! Feel Milner will start given hasnt for a while. Can’t argue with rest of the 11.

Maybe front 3 of Gordon Minamino Ox though. Give firmino and Jota a rest

When's he due back? Can't see us selling him injured unless someone's really desperate. I also can't see him going somewhere like Burnley or Norwich.

Cardiff game so all the for sale cheap players who didn't kick a ball all January rise like lizards to be available for medicals

Origi is out of contract in the summer so we will take an offer if one comes.

Phillips has been hacked about by klopp himself. Still no takers.

Minime should be ran out of lfc after being tarred and feathered for impersonating a footballer ;) lovely lad mind.

No sales elsewhere at the moment but we are open for business if a club wants to move.

ah let the kids have a go.

you never know how the CL will go. if we are i nthe QF then we can decide to play weakened side i nthe 5th round.

2001 is in my mind except even better ;)

Our second back 5 is pretty good and really its just the forward line that lets us down in terms of being able to carry a fight. Origi, firmino Ox wouldn't be awful on the evidence of the past two league games (ox)

Don't mind the kids having a go but it still impacts on the entire squad, playing and none playing

Considering this is following a break for some and internationals for others, Klopp will play who needs gametime and fitness and rest others. So it will be a complete mix

Tbh, I wouldn't be against using the seniors. We tend to do pretty poorly after long breaks and this could be a good game just to get them back into rhythm.
