God it’s knee jerk on this thread isn’t it He’s good he’s **** Play himplay him Don’t play him Won’t be long before it’s I’m not going as the club aren’t matching my ambition
If Smallwood drops out how is Slater not automatically in? Just made no sense. What has he seen in Walsh to think he's better there? Plain to see today he's useless.
He was ****e. For a supposedly intelligent guy, he looks completely clueless right now. You have to consider that he's known he was taking over for months. It's seriously worrying
Not unfair at all. Neither of his previous C'ship clubs thought he was much chop either. Barely played at Bristol City or Swansea.
Embarrassing isn't it? Apparently by losing tonight it deffo now means League 1, then League 2 and then after Acun becomes tired of us, he’ll grind us up into some sort of dust then cut it with some friendly chemicals and toot it.
I don’t think it’s knee jerk at all. Most of us who saw that team sheet thought what the f is he doing, and it was sadly proved to be the clusterf**k we expected it to be.
I think that's a reasonable summary, but it remains concerning how many games we lose. We go on winning runs that show we're a decent side but then we go on these losing runs too. Only Barnsley and Peterborough have lost more than us. We never seem to be able to scrape a draw, it's either comfortable wins or comfortable defeats. That was always the pattern under McCann, time will tell whether Shota can get us picking up more consistent results but it needs to happen.
Regan slater is without a doubt the greatest player none of us have ever seen playing live for hull city Those four games at the end of the season were undoubtedly better than anything chilton and wagstaff combined ever did for hull city
Perhaps if Coyle wasn't fit to play Longman should have started. Coyle hardly looked fantastic earlier in the season either, and Shota supposedly saw those games. I'm pretty arsed with the manner of the defeat, it was appallingly abject and we did nothing to change things until 60 minutes.
Don't think anyone's said that but he's certainly a better holding midfielder than Walsh who isn't even one.
Played 3, won 1 lost 2. Preston are on a pretty good winning streak, Derby fighting for their lives and are in a false position due to their points deduction. If you've come to that conclusion after watching three games of a new manager, I'd advise patience. The team will have to adapt to the way the manager wants us to play, we set up 3412, which was pretty bold and it didn't pay off. He's got the rest of the season to tune the team into the requirements needed for this division, he doesn't know the players or the division, so give him chance to find his feet.
