Mennear has revealed what he and some fans have been told the club will do in the near future.


He said: “Obviously, there are still minor shareholders in the club so yeah, obviously, they are involved. There’s going to be a level of involvement in that.

“We’ve been told, fans have been told, that in terms of the day-to-day running of the club and long-term vision and things like that, that it’s very much Kyril Louis-Dreyfus’ gig.

“The fact that they still have that link with the previous regime publicly, you know, being at games and things like that, doesn’t help [and] isn’t helping.”

I've read it three times and still have no idea what his 'ownership claim' is and what 'involvement' Donald and Methven have.

Semi-related. Someone today texted me and told me that Methven is supposedly posting on RTG, misspelling words and all sorts to make himself look inconspicuous.

The guy mentioned a name which I won't in case I offend a real person.

... there's a massive difference between shareholders and board members.

And you can't issue banning orders, on shareholders, over a supporters grudge.

Maybe Methven has changed his allegiances and has actually became a fan, can't really knock him for his support. (Tin hat on for that one) lol. I know it's a long shot but it does happen look at the fat fook at the murderers

 

I reckon minority shareholders have had a big say in the events of the last couple of weeks. KLD listens to Methven, who is heavily involved in plans to acquire a European club and a South American one for the consortium. I bet he turned young Kyril's head and encouraged him to go for Keane, chucking all the plans out the window.

Basically nobody knows what’s going on outside those four walls but we have been told who is in charge and has the majority holding. But that doesn’t stop people making ****e up. Arseholes.

 

My thoughts for what it's worth are that there are a number of people using that account. The style of the posts and tone changes far to often to be one person.
