For me the game lacked shots for the first 60 minutes but was always interesting and I thought one goal would win it, what an ending though, the feeling of disappointment when they get a pen in injury time listening to their fans ,thinking they’ve won it and then we equalise. Good atmosphere, great ending and the end of one of the best passes of a ball to ever play at Hull city.
He looked in a bad way, my son was helping put him in the recovery position. Hope they get the bastard that did it. Spoilt a bloody good day. Hope he is ok.
He is. In hospital but he’s okay. Happened in front of his son too though im pretty sure which makes it even worse. Police had about 10/15 16 year olds surrounded in the station after the game dogs the lot. But they were nowhere to be seen where the real trouble was.
Don’t have any issues with Forest fans in the home end who sat there quietly, the idiots who create aggression should be banned from all grounds . I’ve been in the home end at the city ground when we’ve played there and to me it’s just paying respect to sit on your hands
Yeah one of his mates on twitter was keeping everyone updated. Forest fans were waiting for city at the top of the stairs, **** knows how they’ve just bypassed the police
Sad to hear that. Generally despite their typical "big club" arrogance I've never found Forest fans to be troublemakers. Seems to be getting more regular across the board though.
You can't have going long if you never knew them as troublemakers - 70s/80s/90s, they were always at it, big away following everywhere they went, always trouble.
I remember Forest charging Sledmere in the 70’s before kick off, took 10 mins for City fans to organise and clear them off, some good lads in their mob
Tom does have a habit of giving away cheap penalties, I remember, I think it was when Mike Phelan was in charge, we outplayed West Ham at the London Stadium, but lost to a penalty given away by Tom. It was similar to the one yesterday, soft, but he gives ref's a decision to make.
He never had pace and can stroke a ball, but when you lose a yard on no pace then you're going to get done in the championship. Tom's been done a few times. I'd have hoped he'd finish his badges and stay on as a player/coach with us - perhaps like McShane with MU 23's. Maybe that's just sentimental.
I've have seen differing reports on whether it was Lewie's goal or KLP, has it been decided whether KLP got a feather touch on the ball or not?
Hull City boss Shota Arveladze: "The last five minutes was crazy, but I think the whole 90 minutes was a good game with chances for both sides. "They are a good team, but we were organised, had our chances and didn't give much away. "Generally, it was a good game and, for the supporters, it was nice for us to score a late goal." Nottingham Forest manager Steve Cooper: "We go into the play-offs feeling really good about ourselves. "We are looking forward to it. We wanted to finish third, but to come from bottom of the league to fourth place is great. "We look forward to the game (against Sheffield United) - two big stadiums, two big clubs and two passionate groups of supporters. "You've got to get excited about it."
It may be me, but other than Fulham the other teams in the top 6 haven’t really impressed me this season. I don’t think the standard in the Championship this season has been as good as previous years.
Pretty **** by the club that Still no contract for honeyman and smallwood been talking since January imagine the uproar on here if ehab did this
