You suggesting luck had anything to do with Saturday's result?

No I'm suggesting having been relegated to the 3rd tier for 5 years and nufc becoming the next sportswash that you deserve a little subsidiary pleasure.
You can't even see a reasonably nice post without trying to create an argument mate <laugh>

Sunderland played well and just about deserved the win. I think luck did have a bit of a say though. The first goal should never have gone in. Any other day that would have been a comfortable save for out goalie. You came out of the blocks; we didn't. Once you scored we settled more and were comfortable. Unfortunately our strikers were, well, on strike and well contained by your solid defence - until that moment when, if you are honest, your heart was in your mouth and we should have put that away. Your goalie was very goof, your defence solid and you have a few class individuals. Hope you hang onto them. What did surprise me was that Wycombe had 51% possession - against Sunderland <yikes>

Anyway, good luck in the Championship. Hope to see you there next year. Your fans were great. Chatted to quite a few of them at the match and also met 2 at the hotel who were over from Florida

    Great experience <cheers>

Suppose we will always have differing opinions on the match. I thought we were miles ahead of you guys and it was a mistake by our Cb that gave you your only real chance. Having said that, you kept going and on another day, that chance goes in, or your winger (hanlan?) crosses the ball instead of shooting and it's a different game. Anyway, appreciate the comments and wish you all the best for next season
