    I haven't been watching the Jan 6th hearing but did hear about the surprise witness.
    Cassidy "something to the effect of" Hutchinson.
    The hearing is a kangaroo court with no cross examination and the bulk of her testimony is hearsay which would not be allowed inna criminal trial. She's been advised to use the above phrase to cover herself against prosecution for lying under oath.
    It's hilarious how the bedwetters are fawning over this.

    I've been watching it mate, the bit where he was supposed to have grabbed the steering wheel because his driver wouldn't take him to cause a riot is hilarious,, even the security men said its bollocks

    They interviewed them but the only "testimony" they use is hearsay.
    I've been catching up on a bit of it today and saw Cheney interviewing Hutchinson. At one point she says (Cheney) that Trump didn't ask the protestors to be peaceful until after 4pm, when he went on TV, but I remember seeing an unedited version of his speech from earlier that day where he asked the crowd to be peaceful and he tweeted at 2.38pm for them to be peaceful.
    It's ridiculous selective reporting and cherry picking the points you want.
    This would be much better as an actual trial because there would be scrutiny.
