It was mentioned at the start of the forum last night. Didn’t happen.

That’s what I’d say too if the first team got beaten by the B team :bandit:

Interesting as Ralph stated at the meeting Wednesday that no match took place on with the B Team that day...

If Ralph wants to keep his job he needs to go for this one big time and that means getting rid of the problem players whoever they are. With the mentality of our core players his new bloods are the only thing that will save him. I would expect to see certain veteran and fringe players nowhere near the team and I really hope he has the self awareness to sit down with the new coaching team and discuss what can be done. You can't eat principles as they say.

    Bazunu

    KWP ABK Sali Perraud
    Lavia Romeu
    JWP Stu
    AdArma Aribo

we may even see 4231 if the new players have experience playing that way and Armstrong/Aribo coming in as a 10 behind the striker. This would suit Adarma and Sekou Mara I would expect.

I expect we are going to lose this comfortably. I expect Ralph will stick to his principles and Leeds will come in flush with confidence and belief, the opposite of what we have shown for months now. Really hope I'm wrong not least because there are plenty of Leeds fans in my family not least my 14 yr old. Bloody Amazon documentaries.

I want to see Aribo on the wing in his proper position. He and KWP could form a brilliant partnership, and he looked class there cutting inside in preseason.

Chris Sutton has us down to win, 2-1. His reasoning? He has backed Leeds to go down, so he needs them to lose.

That is really very good, and fair play for Lawro to take the piss out of himself.

That may be so but there will still be some people who wouldn’t record something lampooning themselves even if they were paid well. Either down to ego or lack of sense of humour or the like

I appreciate that, my remark was somewhat tongue in cheek.

Is it okay to admit I quite like Mark Lawrenson’s match commentaries? His humour is so dry you can easily miss it; he’s basically the Jack Dee of the press box. Maybe a bit more miserable. Maybe not quite as funny.

I must admit the new food variety outside the ground sounds promising.
