    Very disappointed in the result, why didn’t JM do the substitutions earlier, freshen it up and kill the game off, the crowd was just starting to get pissed off with there team.
    The jury is still out with Kristensen as far as I am concerned, watched him closely and he makes some strange decisions, when two up shut the shop up no need to push up front, he got caught out a few times I thought.

    Marsh moved out of the sack race last week because his tactics and substitutions were bang on the money. Today he is still outside the sack race but at 2-0 and an hour in They made subs to change the game and Marsch was found wanting. We had players out on their feet and he refused to use subs in that heat. It cost us, end of. Rodders <applause><applause>

    To be fair that’s exactly what Ayling does too.

    We just don’t do ‘shutting up shop’ - maybe it’s time we did.

    JM would have been aware of the weather forecast, surely? Didn't seem like it sub-wise.

    He shouldn't have needed to wait to see if anyone needed replacing - he should have had plans - plural - to make sure no-one ran out of steam. He shouldn't need to wait until the match - he's perfectly aware of our players' capabilities from training, daily measurements etc. But no, we wait until the 84th minute - 84th!!!! And after these 2, we waited 4 minutes for the next - on 88 minutes!!!! You usually only sub at this time to play out time. Or was that what he was trying to do? Badly. I despair.

    Agreed WJ. And it’s not as though he had a bench full of kids to choose from. It was packed with experience and no shortage of quality.
