Yep because as soon as he came on the Italians kicked him to bits. They said pre match that he was the player they most feared and couldn't believe that he didn't start in the Euros final and didn't come on till the 2nd period of Extra time. With a decent ref in charge he'll win us so many free kicks in dangerous areas. He didn't get alot of game time in his 1st season with City but already this season you can see Pep wants him alot more heavily involved.

 

Dykes is on the bench v Ukraine so hopefully his virus has cleared up !

 

I really like him.
As yet, he's flattered to deceive a lot of the time imo.

 

He has probably, but like most players he'd benefit from playing week in week out instead of bit parts off the bench. He was excellent for Villa when playing week in and week out , when Southgate first called him up.

Hull City sacked head coach Shota Arveladze after a run of four successive defeats. They did it before the match too....

 

I can only think that he had a falling out on the spot and was sacked.

They had a two week break and nothing happens and then this. Crazy.

The upside of all this is that we are in a pretty good situation with newest manager.
