I haven’t watched the full video, but early on he talks about changing the system within a game if necessary and not sticking with the same formation week in, week out. He wants his teams to surprise opponents and seems very attack-minded. Interesting.

The Big Turk will do his own thing. For what it’s worth we don’t need a massive name in football to get our lot up to speed. Forget Dyche, he’s almost certainly Premium league bound again. We just need somebody who’s worked well at this level before and improved the team he left. The only one that fits the criteria for me at the moment is ex Hudds manager Carlos Corberan who I believe walked away due to a lack of investment.

You lucky bastard. I've been to Side several times. Stayed in the hotel on the front which is in the Chinese style also the one with the statue of Aphrodite on the roof. Beautiful beaches and promenade.
