    Huntingdon 3.25 Eragon De Chanay

Could go well from the front for a stable in good form at the moment. Only 3lb above last winning mark (placed of higher marks in the past). Yard has a good each way record with handicap chasers at Huntingdon last 5 seasons.

A Frankel 3yo making its debut in a bumper today!
You would really want to see these in the paddock before getting seriously involved but at the prices the one I like is WAR BONNET 33/1.

I like the The Sea The Moon gelding Dotties Star in this race. Good luck with your selection.

I see current connections bought that Frankel 3YO (from Juddmonte) for just 17,000 gns earlier in the year. Makes you wonder why there wasn't more interest??? Or was it simply a shrewd bit of business by Hambleton Racing??? We should know more by 5.30...

In Div.1 of the Class-5 Handicap Hurdle at Huntingdon (16:00) over an extended 2m3f, the one that catches the eye is the Sulamani mare Sparkling Dawn. She has run some decent races in the past and, importantly, has the ability to keep-up with the pace, which is essential at this flat right-handed track. Tongue-tie and cheekpieces are retained for the mare. Adam Wedge rides for the Laura Morgan stable.
4/1 best price in almost all places at time of writing.
Good luck with your selections today! :emoticon-0167-beer:

Edit: Huntingdon abandoned after only two races.

140 Huntingdon fence was coned off (incorrectly) but they jumped it anyway. Disobeying so null and void race or common sense result stands?

Horses were seen to be slipping seems the fence I mentioned above shouldn't have been jumped.

Just read the clerks reasons and to be honest i think there is false ground all over the place at the moment . They are correct to abandon for safety reasons . I can see this happening a little more now .
