Like others, I keep feeling things will change. was,nt so long ago Crawley were in the same situation as us but after 2 wins, 2 draws, and a loss in 5 games . They are sailing. For us 1 draw and 4 losses. It says it all. Our Gaffer has once again stated. What can I do with what I have?????????. There is NO HELP. It is ironic that Mr. Scally for £1 saved our club nearly 30 years ago. But has the freehold and how much is that worth to a developer???. No wages to pay each week on a football team, and all the other commitments that go with it. So as others feel so must the players. Why should they bother and there not. To try and get the team in a position to move on, is a noncommittal thought.. The players will get a contract with other teams and continue their careers. And our beloved Gills will cease to exist. Mr.Scally will continue to live his life under the Dubia sun, with the thought he has done his best for 30 years and without him we would not be around. As a businessman, he will want a price equal to the development of the land, so it is in a win-win situation. for him. Who will pay 20 million for a club looking at dropping out of the top echelons of English football???? So back to what this is all about a forecast of tonight's fixture. Does my heart say I would love a win BUT??? head says 2-0 Nadesan and tilley
allbluelenny - shouldn't that be 20 million - nil ?...... and it doesn't matter how many ( or few ) goals Gills will (won't ) score - there's only one winner - Scally !
