7 youth team players at our current training camp in Abu Dhabi... the future is bright ... and not down to doorty, doorty, tainted, tainted, oil millions
It's a disgrace tbh. I could mention that Maguire, Shaw and Rashford have consistently been England's best players so far in the WC. I won't of of course. But if I did, ppl will not like it because all 3 play for the glorious MUFC. Nevertheless like I said, I'm not going to mention it. If this was about club rivalry, I could mention Henderson as a lumbering, gormless, talentless waste of fcking space. I won't though, because this is about England and nothing else.
I can’t see Rashford starting the next game. Yes he scored, like Saka did in the opening game, but the difference between the two is that Saka can retain the ball. Rashford either scores or passes to the opposition
They have been at every World Cup I have been to, dressed the same. It’s great the way the local stewards interpret the rules. Two of the guys with us got told they had to take their face paint off in Sapporo as they couldn’t compare their faces with their passport photos. We just pissed ourselves laughing, after the 3hrs they had spent putting it on and they saw the funny side and let them in.
We have the same problem in Britain for some reason.....its probably a religious sacrifice though.......strange I know
England was gonna be a loss But the capitulation against Iran is the kicker, we were out from that moment. They didn't give a ****
Realistically you just to have to compare the respective clubs that the players of England and Wales are at ... and yes I know Danny Ward is at mine ... ... add to that two injury prone previously excellent, players at the end of their careers (and showing it) and there should always have been only one outcome from the 'match' ... it wasn't an even match ... Senegal will undoubtedly be tougher ... and it's a shame that their best player is absent ... nevertheless, they are a dangerous side to underestimate...
France vs Argentina on Sunday looks the pick of the last 16. The rest: Dutch vs USA Poland vs Australia England vs Senegal Spain vs Morocco Brazil vs Ghana Croatia vs Japan Portugal vs Swiss
Group C Poland v Argentina 7pm (2-2) Saudi v Mexico 7pm (1-2) Group D Australia v Denmark 3pm (1-2) Tunisia v France 3pm (1-3)
Hoping for Argies to get 2nd and do France in the last 16. Playing them in the quarters would be a brilliant occasion.
