Sat at the squash club, waiting for my two sons. Don't want to go home really as I know it's day three of coming home from work to find the in laws sat on my sofa, so am having a pint.

I've got no issue with them, other than I don't really want to share every evening with them tbh.

The clock is ticking to Saturday night.

My Mrs is out with her mates anyway, the idea her parents are sat there while I try to watch the 1/4 final is doing my ****ing head in.

 

Feel for y…way to ruin what promises to be a great evening of football and takeaway

 

Proper men get their wives to cook for them...no takeaway bollocks in our house.

Feel sorry for Chief though, guys been neutered and doesn't even know it.

 

Get them done kind of musical instrument for Christmas and I'll start having sympathy.

Morning .... bloody freezing this morning ... nice and sunny around St Pancras area mind ...

 

Turned up at a job this morning, paid for 2 days, hiding in the basement cos I've finished already

 

I've got to start cutting out cholesterol, bad news that, no more cakes, biscuits and @luvgonzo is really going to piss me off now when I see his Full English pics on the food thread on a Saturday morning....I can only drooool.

Oh and sweets have got to go as well.

The same , since last March, now they want me to cut out the booze, a step too far, especially now I'm back in the safe zone.
Chai and flaxseeds are good for helping to lower your cholesterol , a tea spoon of each in the morning stirred into some porridge. Good start to the day.

 

I'm thinking of these, I assume I can throw a spoon of them in porridge...
