Orange!!!

Those scarfs and hats are shocking

It all looks fake, even though I’m guessing it’s not. Not only is it not our colour, but it’s an awful colour in its own right.

 

Certainly doesn't look like our traditional Amber. Bloody horrible.

 

I think our shirts are too dark these days but the colour on the new scarves and hats is something else

 

Ah, OK. Thread title. Just checking I hadnt pissed someone off again...

 

Must admit went in the shop the other week and I thought some of the merchandise was deffo orange and not amber !! City’s kit is bright enough without that !!

 

Both these are described as amber. I know which one is what I consider amber going back to the first City shirts I saw years ago and it ain’t the one on the right.

On the store website it’s calling it a retro scarf

 

The shop is very well stocked these days with a good variety of items. But the orange stuff can get in the bin

 

I didn’t realise there’s a shop in prinny quay now after closing the one in prozzy centre

And people are actually buying those orange scarves? Unbelieveable!

I blame that awful Jonathan Pearce who said: 'Hull are playing in orange' vs Everton live on the telly. That equally bad Jermaine Jenas agreed. I guess it's stuck..

 

I know that I mentioned this a few weeks ago but Friday night was a sea of ****ing orange again. The wristbands were orange, the pitch side adverts were orange, the scoreboard was orange and the Corendan advert is orange. The only thing that wasn't orange was the ****ing pitch. Saw a couple of young lasses who were orange as well.
