I think people forget it’s no longer an XI a side game hence the seven subs. As a tactically astute manager, Ros will use that to the max. Substitutions are normally used tactically, to rest players or for injuries. Probably quite rare because someone is playing crap. Quite often, teams may not start with what is considered to be their strongest XI. Back in Brazil’s day with just one sub, it was probably more of a slur than nowadays.
The photo Jr found showed one of theirs 'out of shot of TV cameras to the left of the goal (going forward) and playing him well onside, also lookwd like a second city player to the left as well the tv did not pick up
He told us he's dyslexic and proof of this was his many edited posts, much like this thread is littered with his edited posts, oh ... The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine.
Off QPR site Loft for Words City's second goal, can't find anything on the 3rd. please log in to view this image
Gotta laugh at their RB putting his hand up for offside when he's the one playing him on by about 5yrds
5 is indisputable. 6 I’d usually say is centre half on a shirt, but is what most would call the defensive midfield role. 8 is box to box, 10 is attacking midfield. 7, 11 are wingers and then 9 is a striker
Look lads, we won 3-0. Three ****ing nil. Just enjoy it eh? Some of you seem disappointed one of our goals might or might not have been off side. To those, I say, never mind, we might lose next week...
yea but that pic if ****ing useless doesn't show positions at time of pass, it wasnt offside but, ****e screengrab innit
That picture tells you nothing though. The Seri through ball had been played well before then, and that’s all that matters.
