    I don’t know if it’s been mentioned but what an appropriate winner on the day AHOY SENOR was. I expect that connections shed a good few tears and looked to the heavens.

    Yep - some of the nicest people in racing too. I remember them winning the Albert Bartlett with Brindisi Breeze a few years ago - and just 6 months later both the horse and the jockey had died in tragic circumstances. Life can be very tough sometimes but they have soldiered on magnificently - I like to think their strength is hewn from their beautiful yet harsh surroundings.

    And being able to spend decent amounts at the Cheltenham Sales.

    It was great to see Ahoy Senor win for them and I do think Lucinda and team are one of the shining beacons for British jumps racing presently, she does very well and horses like Ahoy Senor winning big races is a prime example of that.
