Tina was a class act and not just in music.

For all the later glitz and hair Tina could sing like few others could dream of.
An incredible soulful voice from those early Ike & Tina days to her incredible solo career.
    RIP Tina <rose>

Emily Morgan at just 45 after a short battle with lung cancer. A superb journalist, who was on ITV news as short as 2 weeks ago. An awful loss of a very talented lady. RIP

In tribute to my father in law, Dennis Errol Smith, who sadly passed away this morning.
Came to England in the 50’s from his birthplace in Trinidad as a 17 year old, and made this his home. Was one of the nicest people you could ever meet and will be very much missed by all his family.
    RIP Den

One great memory that I have of Dennis, was meeting him for the first time, nearly 20 years ago, not long after I’d started seeing his daughter, my now Mrs.
As blokes do, we started off talking football and knowing he was a ManUtd supporter, I started taking the p*** and saying he should come and see a real grass roots football team at Loftus Road (which I took him to a few times later).
“Funnily enough”, he said with a glint in his eye, “the first football match I ever went to was your boys, QPR……when you beat West Brom in the League cup final at Wembley…..oh we all had a great day”

I knew from that first meeting I was always gonna like him and we were always gonna get along.

RIP Dennis….you’ll always live on in our memories

Condolences and best wishes to you and yours Stainsie. A loss is never easy but you can already tell you have many amazing memories of Dennis. I’m sure all members of the family are enjoying their particular memories of him too. I bet that’s just how he would have wanted it to be when he left this place for another.
    RIP Dennis <rose>
