They are genuinely the worst I have seen so far in this league. Total club in a bad way. Need a big turnaround to save them now.

We coasted all the way. Cigars out second half.

It was like we never really got out of second gear was almost like a training exercise.

Feel that if they stepped it up could have been 5 or 6!

Hard to pick a man of the match today, everyone played well. I'd agree on Neil probably, though I thought Pritchard was the best player on the pitch for 60 minutes.

    cheers again RTB...

excellent first half performance and i can understand the thought of basically 'stand back' and see if they can break us down, but...we got slack and allowed them too much of the ball, i mean the result was more or less determined but the lads need to keep that concentration till the final whistle.

burstow looking part of the team now, his work rate is improving and been unlucky when his runs have not had a pass, the subs never really had a game to play which was a shame, would have been nice to see them in a more attacking side.

forgot to mention ballard, noticed how he is really using his size to get into the mix for corners, seems to be taking the role in his stride now.

MotM the neet, can only be one... clarke

as a side note, we all know what SW are going through right now and we know it is hard to keep the faith but i hope they do, decent team and supporters so hope they get sorted.

Would’ve been 2 points off top of the league had we beat Cardiff. Frustrating! Tough run next 5 matches I’d be buzzing if we’re still 4th after them.

Very honest from 09 in the sky interview about the Cardiff game.

These lads just seems to be enjoying life and the game

I have my doubts about him as a CB but what a bloke he is. Salt of the earth and comes across so well. Genuinely think having him around has a positive impact on the younger/foreign lads coming through.

Good interview that with onien and Clarke. Really shows the spirit we've got which is very important. Add it to their ability and its a brilliant time to be a lads fan.

****ing come on Sunderland, great time to support the lads imo.

Not often i say this after we win 3-0 but that was boring lol

They are shocking, one of the worst teams ive ever seen at this level

Thought we did ok today, got sloppy at times but lots of positives to take from it

Thought Adil looked very good when he came on and i reckon he will be 1st choice in that no10 role by January. He will learn so much from pritchard n dack - hopefully he takes a bit from both of them as if he does he will be unreal

Lots of good performances today, didnt think anyone was outstanding but they didnt need to be. Motm id probably give it to Burstow, his movement n workrate was class and thought he opened up a lot of space for the others. Clarke was always going to get motm for his 2 goals but didnt think he was quite at his best today

Neil just looks like a veteran in cm now, just controls the whole game for us.

Jobe is going to be some player, some of his touches and spacial awareness is unreal for an 18 yr old

    Great start to the weekend
