Don't mention alcohol to me today please. My 18 yo son did us a favour by voluteering to stay home from school so that someone would be home to take delivery of a parcel we have been waiting weeks for. For reasons best known to himself, he went out and bought himself two flasks of vodka & drank all of one and half the other. We came home to find him passed out on the bathroom floor, having been sick on the new carpet in his bedroom and all over the bathroom. And for the third time, the delivery company never fronted either.
Can't tell if he's ok - currently sleeping it off in a rather smelly bedroom & can't be woken. He won't be able to afford any booze for a long time unless he gets a job! Apparently, according to his younger brother, he never spends the lunch money we give him every day on lunch. So now he won't be getting any - and the ultimate embarrassment is coming his way in that he'll be given a packed lunch instead. Not cool for senior students it seems.
