Stan Collymore on the racist abuse he's receiving on Twitter

anyone with a twitter account have you seen the racist abuse i heard it on talk sport tonight and stan collymore has marked the worst tweets he has had on his twitter account .
adrian durham was reading one out on air tonight form a liverpool fan saying something this;-

stan you are no use to anyone why dont you go hang yourself like gary speed you nerga

(was in the car on way home and could not belive what i was hearing so might not be the complete sentencebut these words were said if anyone has a twitter account they could paste the tweet . there are more there as well )

there having a go because he has spoke out against suarez
this just proves what i've thought of most liverpool fans as being complete nobs who believe they are gods gift to football and nobody is allowed to say anything against them

the guys page has vanished.. i saw it earlier, but it just shows how thick these morons are.. recent months have shown comments like that over the internet are beginning to be punished by law. the guy will have his details logged by twitter, but maybe hes not completely idiotic and used fake details.. but even then he probably didn't think about a logged ip address. hes ****ed himself up the arse now its made its way into the media

 

Yes the fact that the Liverpool players seem to think there is nothing wrong with using racist language because Suarez apparently isn't a racist. The guys who have done it are morons and most of the fans in general are sticking for Suarez.

 

Agreed. It's never wise to put such a big group of people into one group. Obviously the ones that are making these tweets are scum, but they shouldn't tarnish the reputation of every Liverpool fan.

WTF - the guys tweeting are scum and certainly not typical Liverpool fans. Every club has ****ers that support then, but generalising is plain stupid.

 

Sadly John Barnes has declared it a witch hunt, reading his full comments it seems he wants modern players to go through the same **** he had to in the 80s. Moron.

While it is a minority, it is an incredibly vocal minority that is growing! I am not sure on where I stand on the whole Suarez debacle. We don't know enough other than he has been charged (no one heard or saw anything bar Evra and he has lied several times over racism in the past!) however these people making remarks like this to Collymore need to be caught and taught a lesson.

 

Liverpool fans are really coming out of this looking like the scum they really are. Big chip on their shoulders yet pretty much everything bad that is associated with the club is their own fault (Hysel, Hillsborough, this and other things).

Who do they currently hate? The Sun, The FA, The Police, BBC...

...Scum.

At the time, I remember quite a few Liverpool fans on the first racism thread after the Man Utd - Liverpool match protecting Suarez. At the time, a few were trying to say that racism wasn't that big an issue (just like Blatter did) and that it's not a big deal. Just because it was a Liverpool player being accused, they were accepting racism.

I've not seen the fans in the same light since then.

 

Who was saying racism was not a big issue? Find me the posts.
