Do you make them and how long will you keep it. Mine is a must, to lose weight and get fit, if I dont I will die but it's not easy.

I dare you to share yours.

Last New Year I made resolutions that I would finish my degree and get a, long overdue, promotion at work. I fulfilled both of these during the course of the year.
This year I'm determined to lose two stone in weight by the summer, and I will do this by hook or by crook.

Give up the tabs, apart from that I'm happy enough.

To continue to annoy the **** out of dorty craas.

It's a resolution I find I never ever break and actually enjoy fulfilling. Lol

Well done Mr RAW. I know how hard it is to do an OU degree when working full time so you should be rightly proud of your achievements this year.

Last year I decided to stop being a couch potato and lose weight. I joined a gym on January 4th and have gone 2-3 times a week since. In June I got advice from a 'nutrition advisor' there to help with my diet. I have lost a stone in the last 6 months, feel much fitter and I sleep better too.

My resolution is to keep going and lose at least another stone in 2012.

keep it up mate, and well done to you too..<ok>

I've also joined a gym, and although it is hard to get into a routine when working shifts, I intend to get there at least 3 times a week...

Yeah, well I am retired now so don't have that excuse. That's what made my mind up last year, when I stopped working. It was too hard when I still had a job.

Same as most posters here, must lose at least 14lbs in the coming months to ease the strain on the heart as I'm in the Freeman on 3rd Jan to have some stents put in. Thankfully that process will be better than the first prognosis which was a triple heart bypass.
All the best in 2012 to the not606 Sunderland family.

If i make resolutions i just break them anyway, in the last 2 years i have lost 2 stone 8 pounds, I hardly drink these days (going to make up for that tonight but just in the house) I do smoke and want to quit but will do it after the new year, as i will just start again if i make it on New Year.

So no resolutions, if whatever i want to do happens, it happens, if not then i dont feel bad for breaking anything lol
